We offer free delivery to most UK mainland addresses. We deliver Monday – Friday.
All our products are next day delivery unless otherwise stated on the products information page.
If you require a Saturday delivery please call us on 0116 2862 306 to see if the product you are interested in is available for the Saturday delivery, there is a £30 surcharge for the Saturday delivery service.
Most items are in stock so when you process your oder the goods will be delivered on the next possible working day if ordered before 1pm, or you can add the day you require for delivery onto your order details.
The following UK postcodes that start with these prefixes IV, KW, KA, PA, PH, AB, FK carry a £25 surcharge due to the location. All of the scottish highlands carry a £25 surcharge due to the location.
Non Mainland Areas
Delivery to the Isle of wight carries a £10 surcharge
We currently cannot deliver to any other non UK mainland addresses.
Returns
All returns must be in the original packaging, sealed and unused.
All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
There is a £40 returns charge for all returns.
There are no returns on mattresses due to hygiene reasons.
