Upon making a purchase we require a valid contact number before your order is processed.

We can only deliver to your confirmed payment address.

Returns Policy

We will only accept returns which are brand new and still in the original packaging

The buyer pays all delivery and return costs, buyer may return item by their own means, if buyer requires us to arrange for them to be returned cost is as per delivery cost breakdown table. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, items returned outside of this time will not be considered for a refund.

Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before accepting them. We regret that we cannot be held liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed as checked by the customer as ok. If the items / box are damaged please advise the courier to amend his paper work to include damage before signing.
